Engineering
Practical problem-solving for repair strategy, component fit and rebuild requirements.
In-house machining & manufacturing
Precision gear cutting and re-cutting to OEM or better specification is done on our own machines — and when a gear or shaft is discontinued, we reverse engineer the original and manufacture the replacement.
Gear shop & drivetrain service
Manufacturing is what makes the repair side possible: replacement gears and shafts are cut in-house, housings and bearing fits are restored, and industrial gearboxes and driveline components are rebuilt around parts we make ourselves — so a discontinued gear is a machining job here, not a dead end.

The failed gear or its mating parts are ideal; accurate housing dimensions can also work. Drawings are welcome but not required.
One-off and small-batch manufacturing is core work here — most of our gear manufacturing is exactly that.
